At this age, students are full of curiosity, appreciate the wonders of the world, and stand in awe of the Lord’s creation. Through hands-on activities and projects, students are encouraged to overcome doubts and develop a growing sense of independence, resiliency, and self-esteem. Students demonstrate their learning through opportunities to create, write, recite, and share their work with peers and other students.
In our grade 3/4 class, we follow the Ontario guided science, social studies, art, physical education & health. And the General Church of the New Jerusalem religion curriculum in a Waldorf-inspired teaching combined with a Christian approach.
